If there’s a bottom line passion for me, it’s helping people find clarity with their financial situation. I have a fascination for numbers and have built a career of nearly 20 years in the field of finance as an accountant, auditor and tax advisor. In 2007, I decided to take my passion and experience to the next logical step and open Sherwood Tax & Accounting.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from Brigham Young University, I entered the field of accounting and have been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1990. I am committed to staying at the leading edge of my field with ongoing training and education.
I have lived on both coasts as well as a stretch in Utah before settling in Oregon in 1999. I enjoy staying active by training for triathlons, sinking my hands into the earth in my garden, volunteering in the community and with local schools, and running around with my family, which include my husband and three children.
